This project involved the comprehensive management of Elite Havens' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X). By aligning the social media strategy with the overall marketing plan, a robust content calendar was developed to consistently deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content. This included the creation of optimized visual assets, such as photos and videos, tailored to each platform's audience. A dedicated community management approach was implemented to foster engagement and build a loyal following. Data-driven insights were utilized to measure performance and inform strategy optimization, resulting in a 31% follower growth on Instagram and Facebook, a staggering 369% increase in engagement rate on TikTok, and a total reach of 50,039,394 across all platforms within a year. Additionally, the campaign generated over 17,074,293 video views on TikTok and an impressive 14,720 leads through Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Through strategic influencer collaborations, organic reach was significantly amplified, solidifying Elite Havens' position as a leading hospitality and travel brand.
